We didn’t come to the #CNE for the rides. We came here to get our @wildchildskitchen fix! Mainly vegan options. Loved the  portobello wrap and nachos. Oh and the Caribbean patties. It’s crazy, everything there is a must try! ๐Ÿ˜› how amazing is it to find healthy options at an amusement park?

I’m diggin’ smoothie bowls lately. Particularly because I want something fresh, fruity, and energizing in the morning that I can chew on instead of slurp. 

Smoothie bowls are perfect because you can make them thicker than regular smoothie drinks and add your fav toppings on them like I did. 

This recipe is jammed with antioxidants and fibre and a great way to start your day with easy to digest, nutrient dense ingredients. 

Summer Berry Smoothie Bowl recipe:
1 small banana
2 tsp of açaí berry powder 
2 tsp of any greens powder (I use Sea Vegetables by Schinoussa) 
1/2 cup of blueberries 
1 cup of strawberries 
2 T of hemp seeds
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk


Blend in a high speed blender and  use any toppings you like. I used strawberries, banana, toasted coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and bee pollen.
